Barbados Wildlife Reserve, Saint Peter, Barbados

After booking your stay at one of CaribbeanDays villas in Barbados; ensure the Barbados Wildlife Reserve is on your list of things to see.

The Barbados Wildlife Reserve in Saint Peter, Barbados is 4 acres within a mahogany forest.

It was created by the founders of the Barbados Primate Research Center, Jean and Susanne Baulu to study Green Vervet Monkeys.

The monkeys; as well as other animal species, roam freely in and out of the fenced enclosure. Visiting guests are not separated from many of the species. Some species on the reserve include red brockets, red-footed tortoises, Patagonian maras, Cuban rock iguanas, and numerous tropical birds.

Jeshua Bardoo shared a virtual tour, thank you Jeshua!
