Overview
The open design of this sprawling hillside villa blurs the line between inside and outside.
The views of the ocean and Saba are beautiful. The huge wooden deck and unique pool with its built-in table make it an ideal house for an active group of friends or an extended family.
Recently renovated & redecorated with the addition of a fifth bedroom and a very large gazebo .
Can be rented as a 4 or 5 bedroom villa.
Special Event: This property can be rented for “special event” such as Wedding Party of Cocktail Party . Additional to one week minimum rental, an event fee & a security deposit would be required according to the number of guests . The guests will be responsible to clean the house after the event and the owners will not accept more guests at the villa than what the villa can accommodate during the entire rental period (2 pax per bedroom) beside the event day .

Rental Notes
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
- Check-in Time; 3:00pm
- Check-out time: 12:00pm :
- Guests are allowed to check-in before 3.00 pm if there is no departure on their arrival day. For guests arriving before 3.00 pm: if the villa cannot be ready before 3.00 pm, they will be allowed to drop off their luggage at the villa upon their arrival (with the help of our driver and the car rental company) and they will be asked to go for a drink or lunch until their check-in time. The owners do not want the guests to stay around the pool or on the property while the housekeepers are preparing the villa for them prior to their check-in time .
