Casa Sunshine is a brand new beachfront large luxury villa located on the Eastern side of Dutch St Maarten in a lovely residential area on the island known as Guana Bay.Casa Sunshine boasts 7 bedrooms, 7 1/2 bathrooms all with King sized beds and set of twins in the 7th bedroom with air-conditioning.
This spectacular villa has wonderful views of St. Barth’s, the Atlantic Ocean and a stunning white sandy beach.
Casa Sunshine has not only one pool, but two, one pool for swimming, playing and exercising and the second pool for relaxing with your cocktail in the punch pool. This pool is also wonderful for the children
The villa has four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a half bath located on the main level of the house and the additional three bedrooms, three baths are on the second floor.
