Overview

Completed in May 2015, Aguaribay is a brand new 5 bedroom beachfront villa located on Long Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This modern villa sits atop a dune granting spectacular aqua hue water views of Long Bay Beach. Relax on the sunbrella bed while listening to the gentle lapping of the sea, or if you love to cook make a delicious dinner with local fish in the fully equipped kitchen. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas afford plenty of space for congregating. Enjoy a movie in the downstairs cinema room with a 60"  flat-screen and surround sound. The Villa has an infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning or relaxing out in one of the covered areas. Walk down the stairs to Long Bay Beach to enjoy great swimming. Bedroom 1 (master) –king bed, en-suite bath, outdoor bath and shower, TV, double sinks, ocean views. Bedroom 2 (master) –king bed, en-suite bath, TV, double sinks, ocean view. Bedroom 3 (master) –king bed, en-suite bath, TV, double sinks, ocean view. Bedroom 4 (master) –king bed, en-suite bath, TV, double sinks, ocean view. Bedroom 5 – Two queen beds and 2 twin beds, en-suite bath, outdoor shower, double sinks, with private garden and pergola. The AC is metered and charged back to guest at current market rate . This is done in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. Aguaribay has separate air conditioning systems, so you may cool certain parts as needed.
