St. Barth Gourmet Festival 2018
From 1st to 4th of November, the St. Barth Gourmet Festival will bring together figures of French haute cuisine.
During the festival, these chefs will pair with some of the island’s own most talented chefs to present a unique multi-course tasting menus.
This year’s event will be sponsored by Nicolas Sale, head of the Table de l’Espadon and the Jardins de l’Espadon. Five chefs are featured at this years event: Virginie Basselot (Le Chantecler and La Rotonde at Negresco in Nice), Pierre Augé (Petit Pierre’s House in Béziers), Edouard Loubet (Édouard Loubet restaurant at Domaine de Capelongue in Bonnieux), Cédric Béchade (La Table restaurant at the Auberge Basque in Saint-Jean-de-Luz) and Serge Labrosse (La Chaumière de Troinex in Geneva).
During the three dinners of the festival, each of them will propose a menu in several services to discover the island’s signature creations.
