Seven Mile Beach
Seven Mile Becah is an outstanding choice for couples or families looking for a fabulous Cayman vacation. Cayman Seven Mile Beach is truly one of the top white sand beaches in the world. The water is crystal clear, and the pace is just right.
Nice little beach great for sunning and swimming and some really good snorkeling in the reef areas just off-shore. A good swimmer will have no trouble getting to and around these reef areas. This Cayman Island beach is a favorite for those who love to play and feed some very friendly local fish and marine life.
Located along West Bay Road near the end of Seven Mile Beach lies Governors beach. This Cayman Islands beach is great for swimming and sun bathing. There are no public facilities located at this beach.
Courtyard Grand Cayman Beach
Formerly known as the Holiday Inn Beach, this stretch of Seven Mile Beach is directly across West Bay Road from the Courtyard Grand Cayman. This large expanse of Cayman Island beach is great for swimming and sunning.
Cayman Beaches at Rum Point
On the North Side of the island is an area known as Rum Point. This beach and snorkeling area looks as if it has just dropped out of history from 100 years ago. The beach area is in fantastic condition. Rum Point is a favorite for picnics and gatherings on the week-ends, especially Sunday afternoons when there is normally live music and a festive atmosphere.
Cayman Kai Beach
Just next to the Cayman Kai Beach Resort, this beach is located southwest of Rum Point and there are a series of reef areas up to Rum Point that make for great exploration.
The Cayman Islands beach to visit in George Town is Smith’s cove. This is a great little beach for picnics, snorkeling and swimming, located on the west side of George Town. It is an easy walk for Cayman Cruise ship passengers.
