A three bedroom two and a half bathroom terrace house within the impressive Battaleys Mews development which is perfectly located on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados. The popular Mullins Beach is just a short walk away and remains a favourite spot on the island with its restaurant, sun beds and umbrella’s, water sports and safe swimming.

Battaleys Mews is ideally located between Holetown and Speightstown, with their super markets, duty free shopping, boutique stores, banks, post offices, bars and restaurants. Whilst Holetown offers a more modern and vibrant life style and has the designer Limegrove shopping centre and cinema at its centre, historic Speightstown offers a more relaxed Caribbean experience with local bars, restaurants and shopping. Golf at Apes Hill, Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane are just a short drive away as are the wonderful beaches of Gibbs Bay, Paynes Bay, Port St. Charles and Glitter Bay.

The well-equipped and modern house benefits from a private terrace with dining area, spa pool and rear garden. The generous 2,100 sq ft of high quality accommodation is arranged over ground and first floor. The property has a wide entrance hallway with guest powder room and storage cupboard. The ground floor open plan living area has ceiling fans and is furnished with a large six seater dining table, a sofa suite, coffee table, TV with cable TV., free Wifi and a land line set up for incoming and local calls. The open plan living area has large French doors which open out onto the covered terrace with its dining area, spa pool and garden.

The high quality large kitchen is equipped with a double sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and usual counter top kitchen appliances. The 3 double bedrooms are located on the first floor level and feature high tray ceilings with fans, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom has a romantic four poster bed, balcony and large en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a further four poster bed, the third room is a twin and these two rooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is a linen cupboard which includes a safe. Parking for 2 cars is located at the front of the property and additional parking is available within the community. There is also a large external cupboard for the storage of beach equipment.

The large club house where the property / concierge manager is situated includes changing rooms with showers, swimming pool, Jacuzzi with sun loungers and umbrellas, a daytime bar, gym, children’s play area, a tennis court and large tropical gardens. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided along with housekeeping services twice a week.

Additional housekeeping, laundry services, baby equipment, arrival groceries along with chefs / cooks and nannies can all be arranged via the manager or concierge team (additional charges apply). Battaleys Mews is a large high quality rental home ideal for families with children or couples travelling together or alone, with its central location along with extensive on-site amenities, and support staff all of which is delivered for a reasonable nightly cost.
