The Lataniers Résidence is adjacent to the nature reserve of Orient Bay, offering a quiet, upscale tropical setting in the middle of Palm Trees. A quick walk of only 100 yards takes you to the market place with its restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Just 150 yards on foot and you are at Orient Beach, famous for its fine white sand, crystal clear waters, and entertainment at numerous beach bars, restaurants, and water sports. The living area includes a new and modern kitchen with bar chairs, a comfortable sofa bed in a modern style. This room opens on a very quiet and pleasant terrace overlooking palm trees with their friendly sugar birds.In the bedroom the atmosphere in an african style with warm colors and a comfortable king size bed. The unit is totally air conditioned and on the second floor with easy stairs and private parking.
