Ciellodonna is a newly built 4 bedrooms + loft , 4 1/2 bath luxury villa built in a peaceful and picturesque location on the water at Chocolate Hole Harbor, about a 5-minute drive from Cruz Bay. A private path leads from the house to the small beach at Chocolate Hole. The house faces south – southeast with all day sun, cooling breezes and excellent harbor views. 

This is a large, upscale home with 2400 sq./ft of interior space and an abundant 3400 sq./ft of decks on 2 levels. The 26 x 12-foot pool is on the lower deck, along with a complete wet bar. Two bedrooms are on the upper level and two are on the lower level, accessed by an outside stairway. Ciellodonna can sleep 12 people, including 2 in the loft (5th bedroom) and 2 on the pull out sofa bed in the lower east bedroom. 

Living/Dining/Kitchen. The attractive living room is defined by cathedral ceilings, Italian tiled floors, stone walls, mahogany trim and harbor views. A stereo/cassette/CD and a 30″ cable color TV/VCR provides the entertainment. The mahogany dining table seats 8-10 in the formal dining area while exterior dining tables are located on both decks. The kitchen features tiled countertops, mahogany cabinets, a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, microwave and all necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware. A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen and there’s a gas barbecue on the deck.

Bedrooms. All the bedrooms are roomy master bedrooms with water views, a/c, screened doors and windows, tiled floors and quality furnishings. The upper west bedroom is the owner’s bedroom with a 4-poster king and cable TV/VCR. The upper east bedroom has a queen mahogany sleigh bed while the lower west has a queen 4-poster mahogany bed. The lower east bedroom has a canopied king bed with a queen sleep sofa for children. Two more kids can sleep in the loft bedroom on a full sized futon. All the master bedrooms have beautiful tiled baths and showers while a half bath is off the living room.
