Coco’s Beach Club #3 is a hard one to match.  Coco Beach side Duplex is a spacious 1,700 sq ft two bedroom duplex and unique for its large private beach front terrace located right on the Simpson Bay beach.You’ll enjoy the panoramic views of the Caribbean sea or the passing of cruise ships and mega yachts while sunbathing on your lounge chair. The large living room is very cozy and tastefully decorated and has been upgraded with a 55 inch flat screen TV with satellite, DVD, and radio for you to enjoy. 

The deck of this large 2 bedroom suite is directly on the beach – step off the deck and into the delightfully clean and calm (most often) waters of the Caribbean Sea. The villa permits you to rest with open doors, enjoying the everlasting trade wind and sound of the Caribbean Sea.

This 2 mile beach truly deserves what people call “the best kept secret on the island”. Simply a spot that’s hard to beat.  Just short drives away you’ll find waterfront restaurants, grocery stores, Maho, casinos, and the vibrating night life.

Coco’s has a gated parking area and night time security guard from 9pm to 6am.
