Coco’s Beach Club is a terrific spot for your vacation! Located right on the beach at Simpson Bay, you will wake every morning to the sound of waves out the window.

Coco’s Beach Club #5 is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit, decorated with gorgeous hardwood furniture and vibrant colors.

Coco’s Beach Club #5 is fully air-conditioned and offers maid service twice per week. A shared pool is available for guests at the property. There is cable TV and a stereo.

Coco’s Beach Club is only a short drive to banks, drugstores, supermarkets, video stores, casinos, theaters, restaurants, water sports, hairdressing salons, massage centers, gyms, cyber cafe, shopping, car rentals. It is about 15 minutes to Philipsburg and Marigot, the capitals of St. Maarten and St. Martin.

We also have other Coco’s Beach Club units available for weekly rental – have your own kitchen and space to retreat to while vacationing with friends!

Coco’s has a gated parking area and night time security guard from 9pm to 6am.
