Overview:
Dawn Beach Villa is a spectacular beachfront villa. As your enter through the private gated entrance you will pass tree lined tropical landscaping of the drive. This sets the stage for the front entrance opening to a elegant staircase and a view thru the villa with beautiful waters of Grace Bay.
Enjoy a cocktail on the spacious pool deck which features a freshwater swimming pool and covered gazebo, perfect for a BBQ. The night sky from your heated hot tub is a delight. The open concept living and dining room offer beautiful views of the ocean and flows into the large fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There are also five restaurants with walking distance for a nigh out,.
The villa has 4+ bedrooms, each with an en suite bathrooms. The top floor master bedroom has a king bed and stunning views of the turquoise waters.  There are three main floor bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two full beds. One offers a ocean view and two have lovely courtyard views.
The additional 5th bedroom is located on the beach level offering added privacy – the bed is a queen sofa bed.  There is a full bath on this level as well.
Enjoy the beautiful Caribbean ocean on Grace Bay Beach, just steps from your villa. The beach stretches for miles of white sand and gem-clear waters. The island’s best snorkeling is a short swim from the beach at Smith’s Reef.
