The villa will offer full air conditioning in addition to the changes noted below:
La Bella Vita will include a new half bath off the living room, and about 1000 square feet of new outdoor patio spaces. The new patios include a sitting/grill area in what is now the front landscape bed to the south of the front door and patios on either side of the pool deck, one of which is slated to include a built-in grill, sink and under counter fridge under a trellis structure to provide shade in the afternoons. There will also be a large patio to the south west of the pool deck.
