Leamington Pavilion is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa, located near Speightstown, St. Peter, in 2 acres of beach front gardens.

This Oliver Messel designed, Italianate-style Pavilion has been recently renovated & refurbished, and features four air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite marble bathrooms, as well as numerous sitting areas. A memorable formal dining room opens out on to the sparkling pool and manicured garden area.

Leamington Pavilion has beautifully landscaped grounds providing natural privacy and a large swimming pool with two elegant poolside gazebos for dining or relaxing; there is also a tennis court and small gym on premises. Golf is available at Sandy Lane or Royal Westmoreland, approximately a 15 minute drive away. There is a reef which is great for snorkelling in front of the Pavilion, and good swimming a short distance to the north or south.

The highly trained staff will ensure your holiday in this luxurious setting is a truly carefree and relaxing experience. The Pavilion may be rented in conjunction with Leamington Cottage, to offer guests a fifth bedroom, if required. 

NOTICE

Please be advised that there is a development of four apartments on the adjoining property to Leamington Pavilion and Cottage. The actual site cannot be seen since the Pavilion is well screened from the adjoining development by shrubberies and a line of tall mature trees on Leamington’s boundary. The Cottage is near the boundary and therefore closer to the site despite being right on the beach. Whilst the building’s shell is now complete, we cannot guarantee that there will be total peace and quiet.

There is very little that can be done to address this situation and the owners are offering a considerable discount off the published rates until further notice (see below for details). Once booked there would be no further refund of any kind. But please keep in mind that Leamington Pavilion and Cottage have recently been completely refurbished and the villa is kept in immaculate condition and has wonderful staff including a butler, chef, housekeeper, maid, gardener and night guard. The Cottage has a cook/maid. There is also a tennis court and an air-conditioned gym with the Pavilion rentals and both the Pavilion and Cottage have pools (the Cottage has a plunge pool).
