Etoile de Mer is an elegant contemporary beachfront four bedroom villa located at Shore Pointe, a gated community on Cupecoy beach. The fully air-conditioned villa is free standing and features a private pool. The comfortably furnished living/dining room open to the terrace for fabulous ocean view.

Right across the road is the new Blue Mall and Porto Cupecoy for shopping and dining. Three minute drive to Maho for more restaurants, duty-free shopping, casinos and nightlife.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have king size beds, large ensuite bathrooms with showers, plasma TVs and satellite channels, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Beach Access
There is only one access to the beach from this gated community.
It is in between the villas Mumbai & Etoile de Mer, thru a pathway with some steps.  The gate is only open during the day. The security guard will be able to give access in the evening.

Please note – The beach in front of the Shore Pointe Villas can be completely rocky from time to time due to the weather condition or after a storm.
If the beach is too rocky, the gate remains closed all the time.
Unfortunately, this is happening from time to time and there is no way to predict or guarantee the beach condition in front of the villas.

If the beach in front is too rocky, guests can access the beach of Cupecoy from another entrance or Mullet Bay beach, which is less than 1 kilometer away from the villa.
