Sundown Villa is a true picture of magnificent beauty and architecture surrounded by an equally marvelous lush tropical garden.

Located steps away from the outstanding beach at Mullins, just a short walk to the end of the driveway and across the road, means that Sundown Villa offers wonderful ocean views from both the villa and the grounds. The close proximity to the beach also means that you are always close enough for a dip in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea or a stroll along the white sand beach.

All four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms and are decorated to perfection, each with its own charm and style. And three of the four bedrooms offer views overlooking the ocean.

The villa is well equipped, offering up to date appliances and equipment including high speed internet access, plasma TVs and DVD players. The TV room also doubles as a gym including an elliptical machine and a treadmill for those of you that want to burn off the extra indulgences you treat yourself to during your stay!

Outside you will find large grounds which include a lovely pool with a Gazebo, perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining or just relaxing on a hot day. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off after your dip in the ocean or pool. The sundeck includes lounging chairs, umbrellas and a free standing hammock while the Gazebo has a BBQ and a large table capable of seating eight people.
